We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tradezeno is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
